Second course:
I wasn't fully satisfied after the salad so when Collin offered to make me a grilled cheese, along with his and Emily's, I couldn't resist! What is it about a simple grilled cheese that is just so perfectly delicious?! Good work Collin!
Off to finish my organizing project! I'm so sad this long weekend is over :(
