A Very Fall-ish Dinner

If fall could be baked, that is what our kitchen smelled like after this awesome dinner my roommate made! I'm so impressed with Katie's cooking skills!  Tonight we had a Butternut Squash Ravioli with a Sage Butter Sauce.  Especially impressive, was that the pasta was made from scratch! On the side we had a spinach salad with dried cranberries, goat cheese, and pecans topped with a balsamic vinaigrette.

 The making of the pasta!

 And the delicious finished product.

And the surprise dessert.  Not sure what to call this, I'm thinking something like a dessert stuffing.  It had apples, bread, dried cranberries, celery, some butter and sugar, of course.  Then it was all baked together.  Whatever you want to call it, it was very tasty!

And we had a special guest names Peyton!  A friend's new Wheaton Terrier Puppy.  So adorable!

Goodnight!
