Pumpkin and Banana Oats
In the bowl:
- 1/3 cup of oats
- 1/3 cup of vanilla soy
- 1/6 cup of water (just filled the 1/3 cup half way)
- ~1/3 cup of canned pumpkin
- 1/2 banana
- spoonful of ground flax
- sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
- spoonful of almond butter stirred in at the
- topped with pumpkin granola (sorry didn't measure)
Well I finally learned my lesson to use less liquid when you add all that pumpkin! They weren't as mushy because the cooking time wasn't prolonged. This is one tasty bowl of oats! Well I have to get going to work. TGIF!
