Anyways, here is my breakfast this morning:
In the bowl:
- 1/3 cup oats, vanilla soy milk, and water (actually a little less than 1/3 cup of water because I added fruit)
- banana
- spoonful of ground flax seed
- spoonful of almond butter
- topped with a heavy handful of vanilla almond granola
It had been a while since having banana oats so I was really excited about breakfast this morning! Well I'm going to get ready for work!
