Wednesday Lunch: Leftover Creamy Sweet Potato Soup and a couple pieces whole wheat baguette. I also snacked on a handful of Organic "Cheese Its" in the morning and an orange in the afternoon.

Wednesday Dinner: My dinner reminded me of World Food Day in 8th grade, when everyone had to bring in different types of cuisine. Chris got in pretty late and it is was freezing so we just went down the street to Whole Foods to pick some things up.
I had Vegetable Lasagna and about a half of a vegetable egg roll. Chris had a chorizo potato burrito and the other egg roll. Quite the mix, huh?


Today's Lunch: Once again I had some leftover soup. But one of my coworkers brought in some blue corn tortilla chips and pico de gallo so I had some of that, too.
Today's Dinner: On the way home from work, we stopped at Whole Foods again. This time around I got pizza. I got one slice of vegan pizza and once slice of spinach and mushroom. As much as I wanted to because it tasted so good, I couldn't finish the entire piece of spinach and mushroom. The pieces tonight were a lot bigger than usual!

We are going to watch that college football game that's on tonight that is apparently a big deal?! We bought some desserts so I'm sure those will be eaten soon!
