A Great Weekday Lunch

Hello!  I am home a little earlier than usual and not quite hungry for dinner yet so I decided I'd post my lunch.  Today's lunch was:

  • A Salad: romaine, craisins, green pepper, and onion poppy seed sticks with TJ's Feta Dressing.   
  • An arnold's thin with hummus and a piece of muenster cheese 
I know there is a yogurt in this picture, but I ended up not eating it because I was full from the salad and sandwich.  

At about 4:30 I had a Quaker Oats Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie and headed to the gym.  My workout was not as I had planned but at least I stayed and went with the flow.  I had planned to do a yoga class but I was running late so didn't make that.  Then, when I was changing I realized I forgot my sports bra!  I'm definitely not someone who can do much in terms of working out without a sports bra.  But I stayed and did a lower body work out of squats, lunges (multiple directions!), leg press, and the inner and outer thigh machine.  No cardio for me tonight! 

I'm trying to decide what to have for dinner, be back later!
