In the bowl:
- 1/3 c oats, vanilla soy milk, and water (a little less than 1/3 c of the water, as usual)
- 1 banana
- cinnamon
- spoonful of ground flax
- ~1/4 cup pumpkin granola spinkled over the top after cooking
- spoonful of Whole Foods creamy peanut butter stirred in after cooking
Well it's supposed to be a cold one today, ugh. I threw a couple tea bags in my bag in case I'm chilled to the bone when I get to work! Have a great Friday!
