In the bowl:
- 1/3 cup oats, 2/3 cup vanilla soy milk
- spoonful of ground flax
- 1 VERY ripe banana
- pinch of salt
- pumpkin granola sprinkled over top
- spoonful of Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter (PB &Co) stirred in at end
It was very delicious, but I'm not going to do the all milk (no water) thing again. It didn't absorb as well so I had to cook it longer, which ended up making it mushy. I've done this combo of ingredients many time, I love it! Off to work in the FREEZING cold!
