Lunch was great! I have that country sourdough bread that I'm trying to use up so I made a grilled cheese with pesto (homemade that I had in the freezer) and 2 pieces of provolone. I thought I was going to use some roasted red pepper on that but I decided to throw the jar out because it looked a little iffy. I also had a fantastic organic pink lady apple. These are my favorite and they were on sale this week at Whole Foods so you'll be seeing these a lot!
