Today's breakfast was a delicious bowl of berry oats.
In the bowl:
- 1/3 cup oats, vanilla soy milk, and water
- ~1//3- 1/2 cup of frozen berries (365 brand, Berry Medley)
- 1 spoonful of flax
- 1 spoonful of PB (delicious, but wish I had almond butter today!)
- the rest of my french vanilla granola
I kind of feel like its Wednesday or Thursday because tomorrow is my last day in the office this week. I have a conference on Thursday that I'm really looking forward to and then I have Friday off to move!
