The Lone Egg Sandwich

It is a rare occasion that I don't wake up with a roaring appetite, but today is one of those days.  So I decided to have just a 3 egg white sandwich on Earthgrains with one slice of american cheese.  Usually I need a piece of fruit or something on the side, but not today.
