I actually switched up my oats a little this morning! And they are REALLY good! I made blueberry banana oats.
In the bowl:
- 1/3 cup oats, skim milk, water
- 1 banana
- spoonful of ground flax
- about 1/3-1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 handful of hemp granola
- spoonful of almond butter
