VANILLA BLUEBERRY BANANA OATS
In the bowl:
- 1/3 cup oats, skim milk, water
- spoonful of ground flax
- 1 mashed banana
- ~1/4 c blueberries
- 1 lg spoonful (maybe even 1/4 cup!) vanilla greek yogurt stirred in after cooking
- 1 spoonful of almond butter stirred in
- small handful of crumbs of cinnamon shredded wheat
