1️⃣ Am I physically hungry… or am I feeling a strong emotion (stress, boredom, overwhelm)?
2️⃣ If it is physical hunger… how hungry am I?

👉 Subtle hunger (PLUS a planned meal/snack in ~30 mins)
→ something light to hold me over
think: crackers, a piece of fruit

👉 Louder hunger (PLUS no planned meal/snack for 1+ hour)
→ something more satisfying (carbs + protein/fat)
think: oat + nut butter bars, trail mix
